• Independently manage various sales, operations and administrative supporting tasks for the department
• Keep track of KPIs and business issues thru reporting as required by Sales and Operations teams
• Assist and support Sales and Operations teams in delivering necessary solutions and services required
• Provide sales and administrative support to both Sales and Operations team
• Assist management team in sales and operations administration
• Perform the administrative works for department

• 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Diploma or equivalent above
• Customer service oriented and a team player
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and good time management skills
• Good command of both speaking and written Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
