Our client is a UK company with good reputation in the market. They are one of the giants in the industry.  To cope with the HR transformation project, a C&B Manager role arises for the HR talent to join the existing team.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. 

Responsibilities 

• Reports to the Head of HR
• Be responsible for the C&B operations including payroll and benefits scheme review and revise.
• Manages the team on the general C&B practices including but not limited to salary review, bonus calculation and payment, market survey and benchmark etc.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
• Assist Head of HR on different HR Transformation projects

Requirements 

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of HR experience in a labor-intensive industry.
• Flexible and dynamic
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislations and regulations including retirement schemes and taxation.
• Strong communication skills and able to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• People oriented and passionate in people business
• Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
