Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing documents and compile reports in timely manner
• Prepare and update presentation materials
• Provide administrative support to Asset Management Team
• Maintain filing system in a well-organized manner
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 Requirements:                                      

• Diploma Holder or above
• 1 year's administrative experience preferably in property developer or legal firm
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and responsible
• F.5 with solid administrative experience will also be considered
