Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department including but not limited to filing and data entry
• Maintain an updated database and manage the filling system
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
