- Day to day client contact
- Formulate cost estimates
- Work with internal & external parties in setting up jobs, order numbers, follow up on cost estimates and invoices etc.
- Manage the Purchase to Pay, invoice and billing process
- Work with account team to ensure that the information is accurate
- Work with client projects
- Effectively handle all client account administration including compilating of competitive report, work in progress reports, contact reports and job no.
- Establish a good filling system for the documents
Requirements of the candidate:
- Completion F.7 education or above with at least 3 year working experience
- Good communication skills - oral & written
- Good general business understanding
- A proactive problem solver, who always wants to strive for better solutions
- A responsible team player, who is willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferable
