A new and fantastic opportunity to move into a career with Computershare has opened up! This Assistant Manager position sits under our Corporate Communication Services team under Issuer Services. The role will be located conveniently in Megabox, Hong Kong.

Working in Issuer Services could mean anything from assisting shareholders with their portfolios, managing company meetings, enabling access to global markets, or supporting the highest standards of regulatory compliance across the world.

A role you will love

As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise the team for daily operations of Communication Services, assist the Team Leader to review the vendor strategy and manage vendor relationships.

This role will draft, review and update departmental manuals, BCP and procedures, knowledge library; and ensure all control measures to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure. Apart from daily operations work, this role will be involved in different projects and coordinate with local and global team in launching new products or services.

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring a solutions-driven mindset who is comfortable being in a fast-paced environment working with tight deadlines. You will have excellent problem-solving skills to deal varying requests and requirements from internal and external stakeholders. At this level, you should be comfortable working independently and have a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.

In this role, you will need proven experience in managing a team and to lead them to success. Your operations management experience will be valuable, exposure to financial printing and magazine printing will be beneficial.

In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be interacting with internal and external parties. Written and spoken English and Chinese is required.  

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • University degree holder or relevant experiences
