What You’ll Do: 

• Perform all-rounded talent & partnership activities including attending job fairs and mass recruitment activities
• Handle all talent & partnership related administrative work, including job posting, and interview arrangement to salary proposal
• Responsible for the on-boarding of new joiners
• Handling of work visa applications and respective administrative support for staff
• Provide services to employees’ benefits and other related human resources services
• Perform other operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Need: 

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a sizable company
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
• A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
