Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide driving services to management as requested;
- Courier services & outdoor activities;
- Administration of vehicles such as record mileage reading, fuel usage and failure/maintenance records etc.;
- Perform clerical duties including data entry & filing;
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ driving experience is a must;
- Holder of valid, endorsement free Hong Kong driving license with clean driving records, familiar with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations;
- Sense of responsibility, honest, punctual and good communication skill;
- 2+ years of extensive experience in administrative work experience would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome;
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel & Word;
- Good command of English & Cantonese.
