We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join HKT Services Ltd, the role will be responsible for providing administrative & operational support to Call Centre Sales team.

Duties include but not limited to compile sales report, arrange invoice payment, handle stock keeping, and maintain inventory record & other sales support functions. In particular:

Your Role

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support of company’s mobile business – csl. & 1010
• Prepare payroll related activities such as claim expenses and leave administration
• Prepare reports, documents and presentation material for management
• Liaise with internal departments for operating issues
• Perform necessary system maintenance including system login, password reset etc.
• Develop and maintain a systematic filing systems
• Support management on overall operational efficiency in the call center

 To succeed in this role

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduated or above with minimum 1 years working experience in sales support & administration
• Mature, independent, responsible, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Presentable with good communications skills
• Good in numerical and attentive to details, experience in sales or telecom field is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
