Responsibilities:

‧    Review, report and analyze the overall monthly sales reports to ED

‧    Assist in evaluating, enhancing, planning and implementing the existing business operation systems and procedures in order to improve efficiency of the business operations.

‧    Assist the team and co-ordinate with other departments to enhance and optimize operational efficiency.

‧    Assist ED to provide all necessary guidance, motivation and support to subordinate.

‧    Assist in project sales support and any ad hoc duties assigned by ED

‧    Assist in negotiate, drafting, reviewing and making recommendations on commercial contracts and manage contract documentation process

Requirements:

‧ Bachelor Degree holder or above in engineering or Science discipline

‧ Smart and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time

‧ Strong commands of written English is a MUST

‧ Fluency in both spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

‧ Must be highly organized, motivated and a self-starter

‧ Must be able to work independently and under minimum supervision

‧ Fast learner who is energetic, optimistic and enthusiastic.

‧ Strong Computer skills working in a PC-based environment with high level competency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
