Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the effective daily operation and the full spectrum of the Human Resource functions.
- Responsible for full cycle of talent recruitment process from advertising vacant, candidates sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to on-boarding process;
- Administer employee information and data from start of employment through to changes due to transfers, promotions and changes in salaries until termination of service with the hotel
- Promote employer branding through social media promotion and multimedia contents
- Promote & coordinate employee health and engagement activities throughout events like workshops, sports and other staff gathering
- Prepare regular HR statistics and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis and other management information.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Human Resources in hotel industry
- Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and with can do attitude
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent computer literacy including Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
