Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR related systems;
• Deliver full spectrum of HR functions including staff recruitment, manpower management, staff discipline, staff training and development, staff performance management, staff onboarding and offboarding issues etc.;
• Prepare (towards digitization of current paper forms) HR analytics reports for management review for e.g. recruitment status reports, staff movement; reports, staff leave records etc. and recommend multiple solutions;
• Review existing employment related policies, guidelines and procedures etc., strike a balance between corporate governance and operational efficiency;
• Drive/Plan/Execute effective C&B structure and programmes;
• Handle other HR projects as assigned for e.g. payroll management.

Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline with at least 10 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years in management capacity.
• Knowledge in HR related systems is a MUST.
• Well conversant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related Ordinances.
• Hospitality or retail industry experience would be an advantage.
• Well-organized, independent with strong problem-solving ability.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese as well as MS office applications.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
