Job Descriptions:

• Act as a HRBP member to provide full spectrum of HR support including but not limited to talent acquisitions, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations
• Support and monitor the employee life cycle and advisory services, covering talent acquisition, employee data management, staffing issue handling, HR administration, etc.
• Ensure talent acquisition activities are completed on timely and accurate manner, advisory services are at professional service quality
• Build and maintain a good relationship with internal stakeholders; consult and provide professional advice
• Ensure full compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned

 
Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related disciplines
• 6 years relevant experience from sizable company, hands-on experience in recruiting / as HRBP is preferred
• Well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge in HR related systems such as Avature, Peoplesoft, SharePoint, staff engagement survey platform, etc
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
