Job Description
Our client is Sizable F&B Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Human Resources Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Lead a team to preform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, employee relations etc
- Oversee existing operation procedure and formulate HR policies
- Responsible for HR planning for company expansion and business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company compliance of all HR regulations
- Participate in performance review, salary benchmark and analysis.
- Prepare HR related reports to management
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 10 years all around HR experience with 3-5 years managerial level
- Experience in F&B or Retail industry is highly preferred
- Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinance
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well organized, strong communication and presentation skills
