Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to monitor the end to end HR process of outsourced vendor to meet the Government HR compliance
- Assist Project Manager to conduct HR related site visitation to make sure the data accuracy of staff information, payroll, MPF contribution and leave record
- Build up the high trust relationship with different project’s stakeholder and understand the differentiation of each site and project to meet the client standard/expectations
- Provide weekly/monthly report for the finding of site visitation and HR evaluation/recommendation to client
- Establish both vendor and client relationship to provide the best working and effective HR operation and site management
- Suggest the positive HR advise to site/project team to facilitate the effectiveness of the process
- Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
- Min. 4 years of HR support, C&B or any HR related working experience.
- Proficient in Chinese and English. Having strong writing skills is an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
- People orientated, open minded working style and respectful communication
- No hesitation of site visitation (Government outsourced Construction site)
