• Provide daily operational support
• Assist in sales and marketing activities.
• Monitor digital and social media platforms regularly, prepare posts and action plans.
• Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, joint promotions, media interviews, and events management.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
• Follow up and handle daily operation, and conduct sales and marketing data analysis, and prepare reports.
• Assist in the procurement process, e.g. quotation checking, contract administration and accounts monitoring.
• Provide secretarial services to meetings
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

•  A recognized Bachelor’s degree
•  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•  Effective interpersonal and communication skills
•  Positive attitude in problem-solving, able to meet deadlines and good attention to details
•  Good organizational skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
•  Able to work independently and in a team
•  Able to multi-task, adaptive to a fast-changing environment and may need to work outside office hours
•  Proficiency in generic computer skills is a must, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•  Experience in project management, event organization or account management will definitely be an advantage
