• Input and verify details of trade contract note/fax confirmation received from brokers/agents on offshore markets are matched with dealing records
• Input daily share deposit /withdrawal transactions and G/L entries into system
• Review entitlement announcements from CCASS report daily, record and maintain all relevant corporate announcements in system for book-close usage
• Perform book-close of corporate action including consolidation, splitting, dividend and bonus distribution
• Prepare dividend election forms, warrants and rights subscription letters for obtaining clients’ instruction
• Prepare daily trade settlement instruction to brokers and custodians for trade settlement
• Responsible for daily deposit / deliver order checking and day-end Securities Movement Report reconciliation
• Secondary education or above with 1-3 years’ experience in shares operations / settlement
• Familiar with CCASS operations
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
