Our Client is a reputable Medical clinic in Hong Kong who are looking for experienced professionals to help support the demands of business expansion.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the multiple clinics and drive store performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationship, respond to customer enquiry, monitor and ensure high service quality provided to customer.
• Formulate and review operations guidelines to align with corporate standards and facilitate training for teams when required.
• Monitor practitioner roster and attendance.
• Oversee sales & expenses control as well as inventory management Support potential new store openings including marketing campaigns whenever necessary.

• Degree holder or above
• 5-8 years experiences or above in relevant industry, familiar with the clinic/store operation, related regulations and management risks
• Strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and communication skills
• Excellent team player and motivator
• Strong command in Chinese and English. Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
