Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to provide administrative support to recruitment, C&B operations
• Support whole recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangement, on-board 
• Maintain Attendance system, HR database and other HR administration support
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, fast-paced and able to work multi-tasks
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Working Location: Diamond Hill 
• Benefit: Mid-year bonus, Year-End Bonus, Medical Insurance, 14-day Annual Leave, 5.5 working days with alternative Saturday off
