Responsibilities:

• Has primary responsibility for the profitability and growth of the Group;
• Set the sales and marketing strategy for brand building and new development;
• Direct and coordinate respective business units to develop and implement strategies and objectives to meet business growth;
• Provide proactive directions to operation units to meet the overall financial KPIs and operational targets;
• Lead the operations management team of existing store portfolio and manage ongoing organic store growth;
• Own all operational aspects of new brands introduction;
• Take the lead on execution of all organization’s strategies, policies and new initiatives;
• Work closely with all internal departments to monitor, review and improve business performance and execution of action plans, analyze financial figures and evaluate market trends;
• Lead the team to increase market awareness, competitiveness, and market share of the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years in managerial level from sizeable business;
• Experience in F & B industry will be an advantage;
• Degree holder in Hospitality, Operations Management or other related disciplines;
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, in-depth operational knowledge and strong passion in F & B industry;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
