Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ calls, emails and faxes for medical service enquiries and complaints in professional, timely and effective manner.
- Perform data entry in systems and maintain service records and logs
- Follow up and co-ordinate with network clinics, internal departments and external customers for various matters
- Shift duties and flexible working hours
- Provide other administrative support as assigned.
- F6 or above, at least 1-2 years’ working experience in customer services, hotline handling or related discipline.
- Knowledge in medical network, healthcare or insurance would be an advantage
- Fast learner, customer-service mindset, self-discipline, attention to detail, good time management, can work under pressure
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in Cantonese, good command of verbal and written English; Mandarin/Putonghua will be a plus.
- Good computer skills
