  • Arranging couriers and courier bills processing
  • Incoming mail allocation and distribution
  • Posting service
  • Filing and stock keeping for stationery
  • Internal office moves and meeting rooms set ups
  • Assist in ad hoc duties

skills & experiences required.

  • 2+ years of relevant experiences
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, and Cantonese)
