Job Specification:         

• Provide general support to sales & marketing team
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner, by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue when necessary
• Prepare documents, such as quotation and purchase order, etc
• Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Perform data entry for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure smooth sales processes

 Requirements:  

• Matriculation education or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese and English word processing
• Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
