Job Duties:

• Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates)
• Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception
• Reservation handling
• Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in working at a 4-5 star hotel of Front Office Department
• Able to work within a demanding fast paced environment
• Work as a team-member to provide a ‘best in class’ services
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Extremely well presented
