Responsibilities:

•         Provides secretarial and administrative support to senior management
•         Assistant in organize business meetings, schedules and travel arrangement
•         Organize, maintain and update office files and records
•         Draft letters, speech or related documents as required
•         Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

•         Diploma or related discipline
•         At least 1-2 years relevant experience; Fresh graduates with previous internship experience will be also considered
•         Detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent communication skills and independent
•         Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
•         Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•         Immediately available is highly preferred
