Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation, report, and other forms and documents;
• Performs daily clerical job such as data entry in computer system and maintain a filing system;
• Maintain sound relationship with exist customers by making frequent phone calls;
• Provide secretarial and administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines;
• at least 2 years relevant work experience or above;
• Proficiency in MS office application & Chinese Word processing;
• Independent, stable, attentive to details, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and adaptive to given challenges;
• Immediate available is highly preferable
