Responsibilities:

• Focus in people related activities
• Promote Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) awareness
• Carry out Safety data analysis and regular shop safety inspections in order to understand how to formulate relevant awareness programme
• Coordinate EHS works with the operation departments
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution for different employee engagement and staff communication programs, including wellbeing, recreational & EHS activities
• Assist in ad-hoc projects 

• Diploma or above in Sport and Recreation Leadership/ Recreation Management/ Leisure study or related disciplines
• Experience in activities organization is preferred
• Sound knowledge in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) is an advantage
• Good command in MS word, excel and presentation-friendly format tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva)
• Good analytical skill and sensitive to data
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded and proactive
• Flexibility to work on weekends to support staff activities
• Have passions to contribute to the society in the scopes of community services, sustainable development and people well-being
