• Schedule appointments & support meeting arrangements, including managing calendar schedules, booking outside venue for business meetings
• Arrange travel schedule, including flight booking, hotel reservations & transportation
• Prepare meeting agenda, minutes & presentation materials
• Compile business data analysis & prepare internal reports, assist in preparing various reports
• Manage office supply, including stationery, pantry & vendor management
• Process invoices & reimbursements in a timely manner & with accordance to company policy
• Assist in organizing company events & staff activities
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience 
• Strong MS Office skills
• Superior communication, interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills
• Proactive, out-going, willing to learn and flexible
• High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
