Our client is the market leader in the high-end building materials industry who have worked on significant projects across Asia. They are currently seeking a Sales Admin to join their well established office which has an excellent working environment and culture.

Responsibilities:

• To provide sales administration support to Sales Team in Hong Kong Office;
• Prepare and process quotation and related documents;
• Work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery…etc
• Handle and process customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly;
• Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded in the system timely and accurately;
• To maintain and update promoters’ sales record;
• To handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• Minimum 2 years working experience;
• Responsible, self-motivated and hard-working;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill;
• Proficient in PC application (MS word and excel) and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication skill in written & spoken English, and Chinese;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
