Our client, a Japanese company is looking for Japanese Speaking HR Manager to join their team as follows:

Job Duties:

• Build and supervise your team
• Provide a full range of HR services including C&B, Recruitment and Staff Training, Performance Management, and Employee Management
• Handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF, and taxation
• Handle regular HR projects such as headcount planning, annual salary review, bonus payment, etc.
• Responsible for updating and reviewing HR & Admin policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Streamline and standardize HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
• Prepare monthly HR report
• Maintain and update HRIS and filing system accurately
• Liaise with the headquarters in Japan, and the regional offices in China
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 8 years of HR experience gained from a Japanese company with at least 3 years of management experience
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Experience in using HRIS system would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Pivot table)
