Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive in both business activities and family matters.
• Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed.
• Organize all travel arrangements  
• Maintain up-to-date & systematic filing system.
• Ad hoc tasks & running errands assigned by the Senior Executive.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business or marketing plus minimum 2-5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Motivated, proactive, presentable, excellent organization skills, and detail-minded.
• Able to handle assigned tasks independently and professionally.
• Proficient in PC skills and familiar of PowerPoint, or other design applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
