Responsibilities

• Provide sales administrative support for PRC sales team
• Follow up customer enquiry, maintain an updated database and prepare business correspondences, etc
• Assist to prepare sales quotations and presentation material and manage sales orders
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
