Job Description
This is a key management position where you will work closely with the regional HR team to drive new HR strategies specifically in staffing, manpower allocation , talent development and L&D.

Description
As an integral part of the management team and a key business partner, you will formulate and execute HR strategies and policies to support company growth and business objectives. You will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR activities in Hong Kong including recruitment, manpower planning & allocation, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and talent development as well as employee relations. You will work closely with the General Manager and Department Heads on succession planning and create talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract new talents and future proof the business. As the leader of the HR division, you will lead, train and empower the team to provide efficient and quality service to all employees in Hong Kong.
Profile
Degree qualified, you will have at least 12-15 years of HR generalist experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior management position. Candidates will preferably come from industries with a larger front line workforce with mass recruitment experience , such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, security, property management, hospitality...etc. With strong business acumen and high energy levels, you will have a hands on and results driven approach. Creative and resourceful, you will be a strong people manager and a committed team player. Fluency in English and Cantonese will be essential. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Director position.
