Our client is a stable international law firm with a collaborative, multi-cultural and dynamic working environment. They are seeking skillful Secretary to join their Corporate team. 

Responsibilities:

• Appointment arrangement and calendar management for the Partner
• Travel booking for business trips
• Preparing expenses claim reports
• Preparing large pieces of legal documents by editing and formatting
• Handling time entry and month end billing 
• Organising team meetings and preparing related meeting materials
• Closely working with BD team to prepare the marketing materials
• Ad hoc secretarial support

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience from legal industry 
• Strong secretarial support skills including documentation production and calendar management
• Excellency in both Chinese and English is a must 
• Strong time management skill who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
