Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Inbound call only, NO NEED COLD CALLS
- Handle customers' inquiries and complaints by phone and email
- Assist with room reservation issues
- Respond to customers bookings through email
- 1 month gratuity bonus
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Relevant experience in CS or call center is a plus
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organization and PC skills
