Company Description 

Our client is one of the big players in the retail and catering industry in Hong Kong and the other regions. To cope with the business growth and expansion plan, they are looking for a TA Manager to manage the TA team as well as taking up the challenge to cope with the company expansion.

Responsibilities 

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for the frontline and back office hiring, which include but not limited to identify recruitment need with business partners, prepare job description, source talents via appropriate channels, arrange rounds of interview and offer proposal
• Develop HR strategy to cope with the company expansion plan and uplift the HR excellence.
• Report to the Head of HR in factory, manage the talent acquisition team for the daily hiring operations
• Develop the recruitment strategy for massive hiring during seasonal projects
• Work closely with recruitment partners for sensitive and urgent hiring
• Manage recruitment partners performance and give company updates from time to time
• Provide recruitment solutions to all business functions in a timely manner and plan ahead according to manpower forecasts
• Preparation of TA reports to the top management.

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 year’s of solid recruitment experience, candidate with no in-house TA experience will be considered.
• Mass recruitment experience is a must
• Hands-on, resilient and cheerful. Detailed oriented, responsible and well-organized.
• Good stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese is essential
