Job duties

• Coordinate training activities and develop training materials for assigned business/store operations team(s)
• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis with business/store operations teams periodically
• Design and deliver training programs according to the approved training plan
• Deploy and recommend appropriate training tools and methods for different training program
• Consolidate the completed course evaluation forms to facilitate the review of program effectiveness
• Support the special and ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 1 year solid training experience in a sizable company, preferably in retail, F & B or FMCG industry
• Training course design experience is a pre-requisite
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Chinese word processing is an asset.
• More experience  will be considered as Assistant Officer.
