Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Key person for company’s human resources and administration functions
- Provide all-rounded HR services including recruitment, on/off boarding procedures, compensation & benefits, learning & developments
- Drive HR annual projects including but not limited to performance management, annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, etc.
- Ensure HR & Admin process and policies supports the business strategy and company values, prepare HR & Admin related proposals and reports for management review
- Manage general office administration functions such as office equipment maintenance, insurance renewal, office renovation/ move planning, managing subsidy programs, visa application etc.
- Promote staff engagement. Plan and organize team building activities and company events
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experiences
- Well versed in HK Labour Ordinances, MPF regulations and other related practices and regulations
- Excellent attention to details, self-motivated, have a team spirit and be responsible
- Strong and confident in communicating and coordinating across internal staff and external consultants
- Excellent in Cantonese and English, with good Mandarin a plus
