Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employment cycle for the office, including but not limited to job posting, application screening, conduct interviews, benchmarking, job offering and on/off-boarding processes
- Work closely with hiring groups to understand recruitment needs and identify effective recruitment channels
- Liaise with external parties for recruitment activities
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports as and when require
- Ensure all recruitment administrative aspects are well in place
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant in-house recruitment experiences. Exposure to mass recruitment would be an advantage
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations in Hong Kong
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
