• Privding clerical support in vetting appliocations, actibity reports, cash flow monitoring and accounting records
• Handling the public enquiries/ complaints, and drafting replies
• Providing logistic support to the meeting, publicity and promotion campaign
• Providing administrative support to the programme teacher registration 
• Assisting in data entry, prepare return on the figures of programme

• An accredited Associate Degree or a Higher Diploma from a local post- secondary education institution 
• Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSE and HKCEE
• Competent in using commin computer siftwares
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
