Main Responsibilities

• Reporting to CEO, this role will actively involve in the full recruitment cycle and hiring process to support CareER members and inclusive employers on a daily basis 

• Provide consultation to engage employers, candidates and relevant stakeholders including campus, SEN offices, NGO partners, coaches and counsellors in leveraging resources to promote and succeed inclusive hiring and maintain sustainable partnership 

• Support in our signature Career Development Program which include summer internship job placements and hosting job skills training workshops throughout the year

• Support in our annual Inclusive Recruitment Fair and Capability Building Workshop to promote workplace diversity and inclusion

• Work seamlessly across different project teams internally and externally to increase CareER members’ exposure into a wide variety of job opportunities

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in any discipline; fresh graduates and candidates with 2-3 relevant recruitment experience (acquired in headhunting agency preferred) are welcomed to apply

• Candidates with consulting or career coaching background or familiar with personality assessment tools will be highly favourable 

• Passionate in Diversity & Inclusion, prior experience with SENs or disabilities good to have but not a must

• Strong team player, well-presented with excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

• Being flexible and dynamic, open-minded, hands-on with can-do attitude  

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate
