What you do:

• Design, develop and deliver training programs, such as Orientation, selling skills, product knowledge and customer service skills training sessions;
• Assist in preparing training materials for in-house training;
• Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for frontline staff ;
• Prepare regular reports on training activities and evaluate effectiveness and service performance of frontline staff after training;
• Handle and participate ad hoc assignments as required
  
  Who you are:
  
  
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry;
• High Diploma or above;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
