Job Description

We are a company holding building, Alteration & Addition and fitting-out business. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are inviting suitable candidate to fill the following positions:

Administration and Document Control Clerk

ISP is seeking a competent candidate with administration and document control skills, which is a necessity in this position due to the amount of information that comes in and out on a daily basis. A familiar with document management systems in construction firm experience is preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Controlling Company and Project Documentation with a standard registration system and keep the processes efficient;
  • Handling and sorting incoming/outgoing letters, scan and distribute out to the designated and assigned personnel;
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts with work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers;
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits;
  • Manage, distribute and maintain all documents with IT System;
  • On-Site working (administration duties) if necessary;
  • Provide full clerical and administrative supports to all level colleague;
  • Ensuring proper delivery of project documents and related files;
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school graduation or above;
  • Prefer work experience as a Document Controller or similar role, not MUST;
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, construction industry is preferred;
  • Familiarity with project management would be ideal;
  • Good knowledge of PC operation and MS Office including Chinese Word Processing;
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with other departments;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Administration and Document Control Officer;
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
