Job Duties:

• Perform administrative and general reception and duties
• Responsible for student enrolment and data entry
• Handle general and student enquiries
• Update the student database
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

• Form 5 or above; certificate/diploma holder preferred but not compulsory
• Good command of both written and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and self-motivated
• Shift duty is required
• Part-time applicants will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred

Terms of Appointment:   Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Remuneration package will be highly competitive. The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
