The Sales Support Specialist primary role is to support sales by engaging with clients to execute transactions and broaden the DFIN relationship in order to cross sell and up sell solutions into the respective clients. These include compliance filings, secure data rooms and contract analytic tools.

• Facilitate further development of our APAC business and develop deep relationships at these accounts
• Handle proposal and quotation request from our clients
  
• Manage transactions, liaise with clients and operations team to ensure deals are completed successfully and executive invoicing upon completion
• Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals, and work with customer to develop improved solutions to meet business needs
• Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services sold
• Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date customer files, in addition to detailed account history
• Prepare sales reports and documentation regarding results, opportunities and challenges in the sales territory
• Analyze reports and data to identify revenue and cost containment and new business opportunities

• Minimum 3 years of sales support work experience
• Able to work overtime/Saturday/Sunday (with overtime pay)
• Regular working time: 12nn-8pm
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attention to details, preferably good at mathematics calculations
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
• University graduate or tertiary educated background
• Immediate available would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Support Specialist
