Company Description

Our client is having diversified business in the Food industry with focus in both B2B and B2C. Because of business need, a HR Officer role is raised for the HR talent to join the expanding business in the fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of professional HR services and advice such as performance management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, labour relation, employee engagement, succession planning, etc.
• Work closely with HR Manager on any HR initiatives and get involved in the company strategic formation and planning
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR administration policies and procedures in the work environment.
• Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the Group as assigned.
• Assist in performance management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s solid HR & Administration experience with preference in sizable organization
• Proactive with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese is essential
