Responsibilities:

• Follow up the Sales and Purchase Contract;
• Prepare and consolidate I/E Shipping, LC and banking documents;
• Handle other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• F.5 or Diploma above with 5 years relevant experience is a must;
• Has working experience in trading / manufacturing is an advantage;
• Handle full set of I/E Shipping, LC, banking documents independently;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Good computer skills such as MS Office is essential;
• Initiative and hardworking, mature and good communication skills;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
