Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all calls received in the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper recording and follow up.
- Maintains the office in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines established by the Hotel.
- Is responsible for communication within Housekeeping Department and between Housekeeping and other departments (especially Front Office), pertaining to guest requests / complaints, room changes, repairs, maintenance and other related matters.
- To provide administrative duties and handles all duties as required
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters of such matters and ensures smooth work flow in the department.
- Preferably with relevant experience or admin experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power Point
