- To provide the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including attracting & sourcing candidates, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and on/off boarding;
- Collaborating with team heads to determine hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications;
- Directly source for candidates through different recruitment channels (e.g. social networking, employee referrals, LinkedIn, advertising and other innovative channels) to find talents;
- Prepare the visa application for non-local staff;
- Handle talent acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding and recruitment strategies;
- Create a database and build relationships with talents;
- Maintain employee records and support employee relations activities;
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and analysis for management review;
- Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels;
- Keep up-to-date of market trends such as talent move, salary trends;
- Other ad hoc tasks for HR & Admin Dept as assigned by management.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years solid experience in recruitment;
- Experience in mass recruitment would be preferable;
- Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Independent, well organized and self-motivated;
- Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule.
