Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with HR team on delivering various HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention initiatives, performance management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and talent management;
- Ensure that regular annual and mid-year performance reviews are carried out on behalf of all employees, monitoring and administering the process;
- Maintain a good working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice policies and procedures in all matters relating to human resources;
- Ensuring the accurate maintenance and security of HR records for all staff and assisting in general administration duties for the department;
- Reviews, revises and streamlines general HR procedures and forms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develops, updates, implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations;
- Assist in system migration and workflow transformation;
- Perform other HR related activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in food manufacturing industry
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skill
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Working Location: Sham Tseng (Free Shuttle Bus Service running along different locations in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan and Shamshuipo to / from office are provided)
